INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY


THE HEADMASTER

Given that
- By decision No 15/06/2009 5 of the Academic Board has approved the implementation of the project at the Education Office IV of Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto their seats and pull ", in respect of the National Operational Programme (NOP) 2007-2013 ERDF. -The MPI - Department of Education, Directorate General for International Affairs - no. V, authorized the target action A-1-FESR-2008-726 for a total of € 15,000.00, for the purchase of technological equipment;
- by Decision 6 of the Council of the Institute of 18/06/2009, except that the funding has been included in the Program Year 2009 and in particular in relation to expenditure, the Project P30;
- by Decision 6 Council of the Institute has defined the procedures for the call for tenders for the purchase of equipment and materials for the construction of the Project;
view of the provisions and instructions for the implementation delle iniziative cofinanziate dai Fondi Strutturali Europei;

Bando di gara per l’acquisto di apparecchiature, come da Allegato di seguito riportato e che costituisce parte integrante del presente bando.
L’importo complessivo disponibile per l’intera fornitura, IVA inclusa, è di € 15.000.,00 (quindicimila/00). Eventuali economie realizzate in fase di attuazione saranno utilizzate per incrementare l’acquisto di ulteriore materiale e apparecchiature.

All devices and components must be new and The installation of the equipment must comply, in addition, all legal requirements; should comply with the regulations on safety in the workplace (DL 626/94 - L 242/96 and its modifications) and the rules relating to safety and reliability of the plant (Law 46/90 and following).

1. Bids for the invitation to tender for the provision described above, must be sent, even hand delivered in a sealed envelope at the office of secretary of the school (see address in the headnote) not later than 12.00 hours on 18 / 12/2009. 5. Award criterion: This institute will award the supply contract to the firm that is most suitable. A special committee appointed by the Head Teacher will evaluate the bids received. The assessment will be conducted according to the most economically advantageous tender determined by the following criteria under Article 82 of Legislative Decree 163/06
